Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Lead, Enterprise Data Analytics to join our EDM organization. This senior role bridges business strategy with analytics execution, delivering scalable reporting and data products to empower business units.

You will lead end-to-end analytics and coach analysts, aligning requirements with Under Armour’s enterprise data strategy. You will partner with Lean cross-functional teams across Retail, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and more to deliver clear, reusable

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data strategy roles.
• Experience delivering reporting solutions that drive business decisions.
• Proficiency with BI tools Tableau and Power BI, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives end-to-end.
• Coach analysts and raise analytical best practices.
• Develop scalable dashboards, reports, and data products.
• Partner with business and tech leaders to align requirements with data strategy.
• Translate business KPIs into analytics deliverables.
