Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Enterprise Data Analytics to bridge business strategy and analytics execution. The role supports executive reporting, partners with senior leaders, and drives scalable reporting and data products across Retail, Ecommerce, and more.

You will lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, coach analysts, and elevate analytical practices to align with the EDM strategy. This hybrid, on-site role resides near Baltimore, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, or Master's with 6+ years, or 12+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years in BI, data analytics, or data strategy driving decisions.
• Hands-on with AI tools (Claude/Code, Copilot) and Snowflake Cortex Code.
• Experience across Retail, Wholesale, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Merch.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives with limited oversight.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and SQL; Snowflake/DBT is a plus.
• Experience writing functional and technical specification documents.
• Able to translate complex concepts to business language with strong communication.
• Highly organized, analytical, and capable of multi-priority delivery.
• Experience coaching analysts and promoting analytical best practices.
• ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives end-to-end.
• Translate business KPIs into scalable reporting solutions.
• Coordinate intake and prioritization of analytics requests.
• Build dashboards, reports, and reusable data products.
• Modernize and scale reporting, exploring AI-enabled insights.
• Mentor analysts and codify analytical best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams, developers, data scientists, and architects.
• Synthesize findings and present status to leadership.
