Job summary

Astreya is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – L4 to define and lead enterprise-wide architecture strategies for ServiceNow adoption, transformation, and modernization initiatives.

The Enterprise Architect will work with senior business and technology stakeholders to establish the target architecture, technology roadmap, governance framework, and strategic direction for ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Architecture.
• Strong hands-on and strategic experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience designing large-scale ServiceNow implementations and enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, applications, integrations, workflows, data models, and platform capabilities.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration platforms, middleware, event-driven architecture, and enterprise application integration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Strong understanding of security, identity, data, infrastructure, and application architecture.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into enterprise technology strategies and architecture roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise ServiceNow architecture strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Develop current-state, future-state, and transition architectures for ServiceNow implementations.
• Provide architecture leadership across ServiceNow capabilities including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps and GRC.
• Define scalable and reusable ServiceNow platform architecture and design patterns.
• Establish ServiceNow architecture standards, principles, governance, and best practices.
• Lead integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise applications, platforms, APIs, and data sources.
• Drive ServiceNow platform modernization, consolidation, and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate technical solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Partner with CIO/CTO organizations, business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, and other enterprise architects.
• Identify architectural risks, technical debt, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide technical leadership for complex, multi-year transformation programs.
• Ensure solutions address security, scalability, performance, availability, compliance, and maintainability.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Define technology roadmaps and support strategic technology investment decisions.
• Mentor and provide technical direction to solution architects and senior engineers.

• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with AI/GenAI and ServiceNow AI capabilities.
• Experience leading global ServiceNow transformation programs.
• Consulting/client-facing experience with large enterprise organizations.
