Job summary
Diaconia seeks an experienced Application Developer Lead to guide the design, development, modernization, and sustainment of enterprise applications for Office of Special Investigations. You will lead teams across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and custom web apps, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for classified and unclassified environments.
You will collaborate with government stakeholders, manage Agile delivery, and align work with cybersecurity and enterprise architecture
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise application development teams supporting Federal or DoD organizations.
- Experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience developing enterprise web applications, APIs, databases, and workflow automation solutions.
- Experience leading Agile software development projects using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, SDLC, DevSecOps principles, source control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience gathering customer requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise apps.
- Provide senior technical guidance for modernization initiatives.
- Design scalable, secure architectures for classified/unclassified environments.
- Establish development standards, coding practices, and QA processes.
- Lead administration and development of DAF365 SharePoint environments and Power Platform apps.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and data visualizations for executive decision-making.
- Coordinate SDLC, releases, and documentation; ensure alignment with governance and security requirements.
- Mentor developers and promote knowledge sharing.
