Job summary

Superior Court of Fulton County in Atlanta, GA seeks an Application Development Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team. You will manage development and support of in-house applications, drive SDLC compliance, and guide SaaS/cloud strategies.

Required are a IT/CS/IS degree with extensive full-stack and leadership experience, plus strong project management and governance skills. This is an on-site role with a competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; seven years in end-to-end web development and enterprise platforms; five years in data design/analysis and two years lead or supervisory experience.
• Five or more years on software and operating systems: Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA Network+, AWS; Masters in IS/IT; Database Administration; Odyssey Case Manager.
• Must possess valid Georgia driver’s license or mobility equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical teams and projects for the Application Development team; plan resources and durations.
• Monitor, analyze, design and develop applications; oversee system performance and coding practices.
• Maintain and upgrade enterprise systems; respond to user issues and upgrade existing systems.
• Provide expertise in multi-tenant SaaS platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Oversee modern web architectures, including web services, front-end development, and Git-based workflows.
• Develop interfaces to enable communication between applications and consolidate redundant systems.
• Manage change control processes and ensure SDLC adherence and production deployment readiness.
• Provide status reports to senior management and escalate issues as needed.
