Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead of Storytelling to join the Enterprise AI team. You will translate AI strategy and capabilities into compelling narratives for executives and product teams, shaping how the AI vision is understood and adopted.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, and executive engagement, driving scaling of AI narratives across the enterprise and partnering with leadership to accelerate adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic storytelling, executive communications, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technology, Leadership, or Communications.
• Strong familiarity with AI concepts (GenAI, ML) and business applications.
• Proven ability to create executive-level presentations and narratives.
• Ability to translate technical topics into business-friendly storytelling.
• Exceptional writing, visual storytelling, and presentation design skills.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and influencing at the executive level.
• Capability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting C-suite communications in complex enterprises.
• Experience in Enterprise AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, compelling narratives articulating the Enterprise AI vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Craft high-impact presentations, briefings, and storytelling assets for executive leadership (C-suite, SVPs, VPs).
• Translate AI concepts into accessible, business-relevant value stories and ensure message consistency across capabilities and roadmaps.
• Create and maintain a portfolio of storytelling assets (executive materials, digital content, narratives for launches).
• Partner with product and technical teams to distill insights into audience-specific content.
• Evolve storytelling formats for digital-first communication approaches.
