Job summary

Citizens Bank seeks a Lead Product Owner, AI Platform to define the vision, strategy, and multiyear roadmap for the enterprise AI Platform. This leader will manage a team of three direct reports and work across Business, Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Data, and Analytics to continuously build and enhance secure, scalable, and reusable AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or platform management.
• Experience owning a product vision, roadmap, backlog and delivery lifecycle.
• Proven leadership of employees including direct reports.
• Ability to lead enterprise-scale initiatives across business and technology.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts including generative AI and responsible AI.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into product capabilities and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the vision, strategy, and multiyear roadmap for the enterprise AI Platform.
• Translate AI strategy into platform capabilities, features, requirements, and key results.
• Define the platform experience for developers, data scientists, product teams, and business users.
• Prioritize backlog and guide platform delivery with engineering partners.
• Lead roadmap reviews, demonstrations, release planning, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance are embedded in the roadmap and backlog.
