Qualifications

• Requires experience performing VLS/IDIQ contract processes with NAVSEA standards and practices.
• Experience applying technical engineering methods to analyze and resolve complex Fleet Support issues.
• Ability to develop plans across mechanical, electrical, electronic, and structural disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead a multi-discipline team of government, military, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of nine General Schedule Technicians or equivalents.
• Communicate MARMC's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values to the team and align them with goals.
• Define and convey assignments, milestones, and deadlines to the team.
• Provide technical assistance on complex problems beyond routine maintenance.
• Lead functional checkouts, tests, and inspections of major systems.
• Prepare technical reports identifying problems, causes, and corrections.
• Perform special engineering analyses to support NA VSEA improvements.
