Job summary

United States Fleet Forces Command is seeking a Lead Engineering Technician in the Vertical Launching System (VLS) Alignment Branch to supervise a team of nine General Schedule Technicians in the Combat Systems (CS) Alignment effort. The role supports the MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.

The position requires a Secret clearance, telework eligibility, and a strong background in engineering technician leadership within naval systems, reporting to the Combat Systems Division.

Qualifications

• Must have a Secret security clearance.
• Experience leading a team of technicians.
• Open to federal transition hiring path.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of at least nine General Schedule Technicians.
• Coordinate alignment work for Vertical Launching System (VLS) and Combat Systems (CS).
• Operate within the Engineering Department at MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.
