Candidates must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 level or equivalent, including planning, development, coordination of procurement, testing, installation, operation, maintenance and repair

• 1) Planning, developing, and coordinating the methods and procedures for the purchase, verification testing, installation, operation, maintenance and repair of equipment and systems.
• 2) Working with design, development, construction and testing of advanced engineering devices and equipment.
• 3) Giving technical guidance to individuals and groups involved in related experimentation, research or development.
