Responsibilities

• Define project scope and fee quotes; assist in contracts and proposals.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project team to meet scope, schedule and budgets.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, design, and production for projects.
• Lead project delivery plan and supervise the team to objectives.
• Oversee staffing and career development of project staff.
• Support business development and client relationships; assist with proposals.
• Recruitment and retention of staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
