Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist with proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage project team to meet scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Perform technical analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
• Lead project delivery using SDA; supervise and mentor staff toward objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
• Support business development; lead proposals and presentations for strategic projects.
