Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager for Platform to orchestrate large-scale technical initiatives across engineering, product, marketing, operations, and sales. Qualifications

• A related technical degree is required.
• 3+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience.
• 3+ years of conducting and leading SaaS product development programs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.
• Deep experience with the software development lifecycle; able to apply agile methodologies in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives and team members.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills in a cross-functional, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs by aligning across program scope, release planning, and cross-functional teams to achieve vision and business goals.
• Drive software engineering programs using Agile and strong analytical/technical skills.
• Develop partnerships with key functional teams to drive focus on business goals and executive alignment.
• Support dependencies across multiple teams and scrum groups, ensuring progress toward goals.
• Anticipate and remove obstacles to keep project teams moving forward.
• Provide monthly program reviews and sprint-state updates highlighting risks and issues.
• Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning.
• Act as a catalyst to advance Product & Technology strategy globally and drive transformation.
