Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Progressive product design engineering experience with complex decisions.
• Engineering leadership overseeing multiple projects and teams.
• Strong command of mechanical design, CAD, GD&T, tolerances, materials and verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering team, set priorities, allocate resources, and manage projects.
• Provide hands-on technical direction for product architecture, design, and verification.
• Lead design reviews and mitigate risks prior to release.
• Translate requirements into clear specifications and validation plans.
• Oversee drawings, BOMs, calculations, and controlled product releases.
• Collaborate with sales and customers on feasibility, requirements, and proposals.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and quality to improve manufacturability and NPI.
• Coach engineers and instill standard design and project management practices.
