The Boeing Company, located in St. Louis, Missouri, seeks an experienced Signature Assurance and Verification Lead Engineer to lead the SAV team and drive signature verification efforts for a new Air Dominance Program.

You will work across cross-functional teams to ensure QA, develop processes, and manage data for system-level validation. Ideal candidates will have a BS in engineering, proven experience in signature assessment, and an active TS clearance with the ability to obtain program

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in signature assessment or verification engineering.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and signature verification methods.
• Relevant low observables design, integration, test, or maintenance experience.
• Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Ability to obtain Special Program Access (U.S. Citizenship required).

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor the SAV team, ensuring collaboration and performance.
• Work with QA multi-discipline teams to uphold standards.
• Develop and validate processes for signature verification using diagnostic tools.
• Conduct developmental testing, debugging and troubleshooting for verification methods.
• Define QA test criteria for all signature verification tests.
• Review work instructions and witness conformance to standards.
• Oversee QA testing and acceptance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track tests and maintain comprehensive signature data records.
• Correlate verification at system level to validate lower-level tests.
• Provide dispositions for non-conformances and analyze corrective action trends.
• Assist in developing a signature assessment system, including software and methods.
