Job summary

A leading aerospace company in Berkeley, Missouri is seeking an experienced Signature Assurance and Verification Lead. In this role, you'll lead a team to ensure stealth performance of advanced defense technologies. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and a proven record in signature assessment or verification. A Top Secret clearance is required. Qualifications

• Proven experience in signature assessment or verification engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant Low Observables design experience.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the SAV team, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Work closely with the EM QA team to uphold quality standards.
• Conduct developmental testing and troubleshooting for signature verification.
