Job summary

Boeing is seeking an experienced Engineer to join the Signature Integrity Team in St. Louis, MO as a Supportable Low Observable Lead Engineer.

You will lead a team focused on LO platform signature performance, ensuring availability while controlling life-cycle costs. Requirements include a BS in engineering or related field, 9+ years LO experience, active Top Secret clearance, and eligibility for Special Program Access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field; non-US equivalents accepted.
• 9+ years experience with Low Observable (LO) engineering processes.
• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Ability to obtain Special Program Access (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Lead the SLO team to maximize availability and minimize life-cycle costs.
• Analyze requirements to develop architectures and specs for products.
• Develop high-level and detailed designs aligned with requirements.
• Validate designs via reviews, tests and analyses.
• Implement SLO guidelines early in platform design.
• Share SLO methods across programs and teams.
• Identify design/material/tool improvements to reduce costs.
• Advance data collection and analysis tools for maintenance actions.
• Collaborate with materials, reliability, and product support teams.
• Manage multiple projects with strong organization and documentation.
