Job summary

Cabot Citrus Farms in Brooksville, FL is seeking a Lead Engineer (PM) to join the on-site team. You will support the Engineering Manager, oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure a safe, well-maintained resort environment for staff and guests.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in a maintenance supervisory role, experience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and a preference for EPA608 certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a maintenance and supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical, HVAC, electronic diagnostics, and water treatment.
• Florida Driver’s License or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure operations.
• Assist Engineering Manager with staffing, training, development, and performance management.
• Plan preventative maintenance and coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes.
• Provide on-site leadership and guest-focused service during shifts.
