Dredging, Environmental and Marine Engineering NV is seeking a Lead Engineer - New Builds to play a key role in the technical realization of new build vessels and asset development projects. You will coordinate engineering activities, ensuring technical consistency and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and has at least 10 years of relevant experience. Join a team that values innovation and offers extensive growth opportunities in a stimulating work environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in complex engineering environments.
• Experience in coordinating engineering teams/projects with a focus on integration.
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with technical experts.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to shipyards and partners internationally.

• Lead and coordinate engineering activities for new build vessels.
• Act as primary counterpart to the Project Manager, ensuring alignment.
