E Tech Group in Ohio is seeking a Lead Engineer to lead design, development and startup of industrial control solutions. You will work with engineering, design, production, and field service staff to implement integrated electrical and control systems.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years in the control system industry, plus travel up to 30%. Remote work is allowed, with frequent updates to management and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in the control system industry.
• Strong understanding of controls systems and industrial automation.
• Ability to develop PLC and HMI programs in AB/Studio 5000 and AVEVA/Ignition.
• Experience with instrumentation, process control, and equipment integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated electrical and control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, production, and field service teams.
• Manage project budget and schedule requirements.
• Develop overall system architecture for industrial control projects.
• Specify and configure hardware components including instrumentation, PLCs, and panels.
• Perform functional testing of electrical and control systems.
• Design and configure PLC/SCADA networks.
• Generate test procedures and forms.
• Coordinate start-up activities with ETG, contractors and owner personnel.
• Advocate for ETG values and drive professional development.
