Pickett and Associates, LLC, an ESP Company, is seeking a Lead Engineer to provide leadership and senior-level engineering expertise on complex HV and EHV overhead transmission projects in a hybrid work setting in Florida.

The role requires PE certification, 10+ years of transmission line experience, and extensive PLS-CADD proficiency. You will lead a team, manage client requirements and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualificações

• PE certification required.
• 10+ years of related transmission line engineering experience.
• Extensive experience using PLS-CADD.
• Extensive experience with design codes and standards such as NESC, IEEE, ASCE and ACI.
• Experience liaising with substation, environmental, real estate, construction, and maintenance stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and drafters.
• Communicate clear expectations, goals, and vision.
• Manage the performance of the team and delegate project work.
• Motivate, coach and mentor team members.
• Manage projects, ensure quality of work and on-time delivery.
