Pickett, an ESP Associates company, seeks a Project Engineer to provide mid-level engineering on high-voltage transmission design projects. You will contribute to line routing, structure design, and plan/profile development.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 4+ years of transmission experience, and PLS-CADD proficiency; PE is preferred. Hybrid work in Pensacola, FL, with strong teamwork and client coordination.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• PE certification preferred.
• 4+ years’ transmission line engineering experience in electric utilities.
• Experience with PLS-CADD for transmission line design.
• Familiarity with NESC, IEEE, ASCE, and ACI standards.
• Ability to liaise with subs/stakeholders across departments.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.

• Develop and approve PLS-CADD Criteria
• Schedule project tasks for project support team
• Attend client stakeholder meetings
• Complete design review meetings with the client
• Attend internal design review meetings
