Job summary

Target's Engineering & Facilities team in Rialto, CA seeks an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager to drive high performance in the supply chain facility. You will lead Maintenance Technicians and EAM Technicians, foster a reliability-centered culture, optimize equipment usage, manage contractors, and respond to emergencies to keep operations on track.

You will develop safety practices, oversee training and onboarding, and own metrics reporting and hand-offs.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous supervisory experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and effectively communicate necessary policies and procedures.
• Experience with multi-contractor management.
• Strong problem-solving and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and coordinate daily activities.
• Maintain data-driven, root-cause based maintenance planning.
• Manage external contractors and safety practices.
• Ensure timely shift hand-offs and performance metrics.
