Jobgether is seeking a Lead Engineer in the United States to drive design and development of architectural panels and steel products. You will lead an engineering team, guiding technical direction and project execution from concept through delivery.

You will collaborate with design, production, and sales to define specs, manage feasibility, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil or related).
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor engineers.
• Proven experience in engineering design and project management.
• Proficiency with engineering software and technical design tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers across all project phases.
• Collaborate with design, production, and sales to align specifications with customer needs.
• Perform feasibility studies and risk assessments with mitigations.
• Oversee designs, drawings, and specs to ensure standards compliance.
• Manage schedules, resources, and budgets for timely delivery.
• Monitor industry developments to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Prepare technical reports and progress updates for leadership and clients.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and QA procedures throughout activities.
