You will lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

The role demands strong leadership, advanced problem-solving, and collaborative communication with design, production, and sales teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in engineering design and project management in the architectural or construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in engineering software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales, to develop product specifications and engineering solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify challenges and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring accurate and compliant engineering drawings and specifications.
• Manage project timelines and resources to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance throughout engineering and production.
