Job summary

Partner Company in the United States is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive design, development, and implementation of innovative architectural panels and steel products. You will lead an engineering team, guiding technical direction and project management throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with design, production, and sales to meet customer requirements, manage feasibility studies, budgets, and timelines, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; master’s preferred.
• Experience in engineering design and project management in architectural/construction sectors.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in engineering software and design tools; MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers.
• Collaborate with design, production, and sales to develop specs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Oversee designs, drawings, specifications for standards.
• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets.
