Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, architectural products, manufacturing, or related technical field.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Demonstrated project scheduling, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, changing priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple architectural metal panel projects from award through completion.
• Review contracts, specifications, drawings, submittals, schedules, and scope requirements.
• Establish milestones, deliverables, and communication plans; maintain records and status reports.
• Coordinate requirements with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, installers, and internal teams.
• Identify design conflicts, missing information, and scope gaps early in the lifecycle.
• Maintain on-time delivery by resolving fabrication and shipment issues and coordinating schedules.
