Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a hands-on Lead Engineer – Agentic AI Engineering to own the enterprise AI platform, including Bedrock AgentCore, control plane, and governance. This role leads lifecycle management, security, and FinOps while building a small engineering team.

It reports to senior leadership and collaborates with Data, Security, and Architecture teams. The role emphasizes cost efficiency, platform reliability, and scalable engineering standards across multi-model AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/platform engineering with production-scale systems.
• 2+ years building LLM-based applications in production (Agentic systems).
• Proficient in Python, Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions).

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise agentic AI platform engineering and lifecycle management.
• Ensure reliability, cost efficiency, and security across AI workloads.
• Develop reusable templates, reference architectures, and governance controls.
• Lead a small engineering team and collaborate with Data, Security, and Ops teams.
