Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge business problems and production AI agents. You will partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact AI use cases, then design, build, and ship production agents on the enterprise AI stack including AWS Bedrock and Databricks.

You will ensure alignment with security, governance, and enterprise standards. Location: Los Angeles preferred with travel, remote candidates across North America considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering customer- or stakeholder-facing software solutions.
• Minimum 2 years building and supporting LLM-based applications in production.
• Strong Python proficiency; working knowledge of Terraform and GitHub Actions.
• Demonstrated product thinking with the ability to scope, prioritize, and measure impact.
• Ability to present trade-offs, costs and outcomes to executives and non-technical audiences.
• Data literacy with SQL and lakehouse environments (Databricks preferred).
• Excellent executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to discover, scope, and prioritize AI agent use cases with clear ROI.
• Translate business problems into well-defined agent products with measurable outcomes.
• Design, build, and deploy production AI agents on Bedrock AgentCore and Databricks.
• Develop tool integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and governance with security guardrails.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Architecture to satisfy governance and privacy.
• Contribute reusable templates and patterns back to the enterprise platform.
