Job summary

Arcadis U.S., Inc. seeks a highly experienced Lead Planner and Scheduler to drive master schedules for flagship energy capital projects.

Embedded at the client site in Houston, you will collaborate with project managers, engineers, schedulers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery across multiple functions. The role requires developing integrated CPM schedules with Primavera P6 and MS Project, maintaining baselines, monitoring progress, and guiding a team of junior planners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in industry with 10+ years in planning and scheduling large capital projects.
• Experience with energy/power projects preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6; PMIS integration required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain detailed master schedules for multi-asset capital projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, schedulers, and stakeholders.
• Provide baseline plans, risk analysis, and schedule recovery actions.
• Prepare progress updates, look-ahead schedules, and dashboards.
• Lead teams and mentor junior planners.
