Job summary

FleetPride, headquartered in Irving, TX, is seeking a Senior Lead, Endpoint Engineering & Support to own strategy, engineering, and day-to-day support of desktops, laptops, and endpoint services across corporate and branch users.

You will drive endpoint management, security, and lifecycle strategy using Intune and Defender, evaluate DaaS offerings, and lead a team to deliver reliable, secure end-user experiences across the business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of endpoint engineering, desktop support, or end-user computing.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, compliance, app deployment).
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for endpoint security (threat detection, response).
• Experience evaluating and supporting DaaS/VDI solutions.
• Proven track record supporting distributed corporate and branch environments.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and hardware/software procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint engineering and management across corporate and branch locations.
• Configure, deploy, and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune (enrollment, policies, app deployment).
• Manage endpoint security posture using Microsoft Defender (detection, response, remediation).
• Evaluate and manage DaaS/VDI solutions to support remote work needs.
• Drive standardization of imaging, patching, and configuration management.
