Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatments.
• Serves as lead nurse, supervises and coaches RN staff.
• Ensures patient safety and appropriate staffing levels each shift.
• Educates patients and families about condition, medications, and care plans.
• Maintains accurate patient records and reports issues to medical staff.
