SUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible for providing guidance and advice to managers, supervisors and employees in the areas of employee relations, labor relations, EEO, compliance issues, policies, procedures, performance management, and other legal matters.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree plus 1 year of related experience.
