• Lead Employee Relations Consultant responsibilities and guidance
• Analytical assessment of performance, conduct, attendance and probationary matters
• Interpretation of laws, rules, regulations and bargaining provisions

Responsabilidades

• Administers Performance Management Program for CDA.
• Analyzes and resolves non-EEO and non-safety employee issues.
• Coordinates with Office of Legal Services and subject-matter experts on complex actions
