Green Key Resources LLC is seeking an experienced Embedded Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary organization spanning software, firmware, electrical, and mechanical engineering. Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years leading or managing technical teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Strong technical foundation in embedded systems, robotics, autonomous systems, or other complex hardware/software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of software, firmware, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
• Provide technical leadership on system architecture, design reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Drive engineering execution from concept through deployment with product and exec leadership.
• Oversee integration and validation of complex hardware and software systems for defense-grade requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Manufacturing, Operations, and PM to align engineering with objectives.
• Establish and improve engineering processes, documentation standards, and design review practices.
• Balance technical risk, execution speed, and product quality to ensure program delivery.
