Qualifications

• 7 years of embedded software and systems development.
• 2 years leading projects/technical teams.
• Experience with Agile software development process; scrum master preferred.
• Strong analytic background with microcontroller, digital control/feedback, and user interfaces.
• Desirable experience with motion, fluid dynamics, and/or thermal dynamics.
• Demonstrated leadership of functional teams with direct reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering and create a stimulating work environment that delivers on project needs and fosters growth.
• Develop and maintain software engineering processes for embedded systems development, testing, release, and deployment.
• Bridge engineering and product management to define software ecosystem for OK International's product portfolios.
• Perform software reviews and be involved with requirements analyses and software reliability analyses.
• Mentor software engineers on coding practices, testing, maintenance, and documentation.
• Compile data and prepare reports on software project tasks and contribute to complex, state-of-the-art projects.
