Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Control Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of embedded software development experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong C/C++ programming with OO design and programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software and firmware for machine control in semiconductor inspection systems — including real-time embedded applications built in C/C++ for electro‑mechanical control, running on an RTOS (Linux, VxWorks).
• Architect robust software for system control, high-speed data acquisition, image processing, and hardware interaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts across mechanical, systems, electrical, optics, algorithms, and applications teams.
• Mentor junior engineers, share expertise, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Champion Agile, CI/CD, and automated testing; define test plans and document results.
• Troubleshoot complex system‑level issues and optimize performance.
• Contribute to project planning, risk management, and technical roadmaps.
