Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Control Systems or related field.
• 8+ years of embedded software development in an industrial environment.
• Strong C/C++ programming with OOD/OOP fundamentals.
• Linux/RTOS environments, multithreading and software architecture design.
• Experience with RS-232, Ethernet, EtherCAT, TCP/IP networking.
• Hands-on with motion control and real-time control (stepper/servo/piezo).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software and firmware for machine control in semiconductor inspection systems.
• Architect software for system control, data acquisition, and image processing.
• Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, optics, and algorithms teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in CI/CD and testing.
• Contribute to project planning, risk management and technical roadmaps.
