Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interface with project leadership across the software lifecycle and lead customer/technical reviews.
• Provide technical leadership for software development with DO-178C compliance.
• Serve as primary technical authority for software-related certification activities.
• Drive process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency and scalability.
• Influence AI integration within the software development lifecycle.
• Lead software estimation activities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence.
• Collaborate across software, systems, hardware, QA, and certification teams.
• Represent software in reviews, risk assessments, and program planning.
• Ensure deliverables meet cost, schedule, quality, and certification objectives.
