GE Aerospace is seeking a Lead Engineer to define, execute, and maintain the FADEC operating system for embedded aircraft engine control software. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure functionality and regulatory compliance, while guiding testing, validation, and documentation efforts.

You will lead cross-functional integration across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines, driving efficiency and technical excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required.
• Minimum 3 years of software/embedded engineering experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Define, execute, and maintain FADEC OS requirements across the product line.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure correct functionality.
• Conduct testing and validation to meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare technical documentation including design specs and test plans.
