Qualifications

• BS or higher in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in electrical schematic capture (Altium).
• Experience with complex PCB layout and high-speed signals.
• Strong embedded systems design experience with MCUs and peripherals.
• DFM/DFT, power supply design, and RF considerations.
• Experience ensuring regulatory compliance (FCC/CE/UL).
• Hands-on hardware bring-up and lab validation with standard test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Bring up, debugging, and validating hardware prototypes.
• Design PCBAs from concept to production.
• Perform thorough electrical validation and troubleshooting.
• Use diagnostic tools to debug hardware designs.
• Ensure designs are production-ready before handoff to manufacturing.
• Architect electrical subsystems for new IoT products.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers to scale designs.
• Own hardware end-to-end from architecture to production readiness.
