Strategic Employment is seeking a Senior/Staff Embedded Firmware Engineer to architect and implement firmware for next‑gen IoT devices. You’ll work deep in either video/streaming or networking stacks, owning features and mentoring engineers as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
• Embedded C and C++ expertise.
• Experience with RTOS and/or Embedded Linux.
• Expertise in video/audio streaming OR networking protocols.
• GIT / source control proficiency.
• Hands-on hardware debugging with scopes and analyzers.
• Device driver development and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Own features independently or drive architecture and mentoring.
• Contribute to firmware architecture for IoT devices.
• Work in video/streaming or networking stacks as needed.
