Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of teaching experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; credibility and ethical conduct.
• U.S. Work Authorization required.

• Knowledge of hands-on and integrated learning, literacy, and early childhood development; be motivated, collaborative, and flexible.
• Strong pedagogical background with collaboration with colleagues and early elementary students.
• Build a joyful, nurturing classroom community with clear classroom management.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams to plan and teach an integrated, mission-aligned early elementary program.
• Supervise children in the classroom, during recesses, dismissal, and field trips.
