Job summary

Carney, Sandoe & Associates seeks an Elementary School Teacher for the 2027-2028 school year at an independent school in Washington, DC. The role involves teaching with an integrated, early elementary program and collaborating with a grade-level team to foster literacy, math, science, social studies, and social-emotional learning.

The incumbent will supervise students in the classroom, during recess and field trips, and build a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Elementary Education or related degree.
• Experience working with students in K-5.
