Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in educational administration.
• Texas Mid-management or other appropriate Texas certificate.
• Certified Texas T-TESS appraiser.

Responsibilities

• Monitor instructional and managerial processes to align with program outcomes.
• Consult campus committees on planning, operation and evaluation.
• Provide instructional resources and foster collegiality and two-way communication.
• Set expectations for high-level performance and recognize excellence.
• Develop annual campus objectives and manage data for accountability.
• Interview, orient, and evaluate staff; support professional growth.
