Qualifications

• Master’s degree in educational administration.
• Texas Mid-management or other appropriate Texas certificate.
• Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser.

Responsibilities

• Monitor instructional and managerial processes and use findings to improve program outcomes.
• Consult campus-level committees on planning, operation, supervision, and evaluation of education programs.
• Provide instructional resources and foster collegiality and teamwork among staff; ensure two-way communication with stakeholders.
• Communicate high-performance expectations and recognize excellence.
• Develop campus performance objectives using site-based processes; track progress with information systems.
• Interview, select, and orient new staff; evaluate performance and make staffing recommendations.
• Plan professional development and support staff growth to achieve improvement goals.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and state/federal regulations.
