The new principal will have the opportunity to earn an additional $20,000 bonus in addition to their base salary for successfullyraising the STAAR overall accountability score of the campus by ten points or more based on the spring 2027 STAAR results. The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership to create a safe, inclusive, and high-achieving learning environment for a diverse student body. This role requires an instructional leader who fosters academic excellence, promotes equity,and builds strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community. The principal will be responsible for overall campus operations, curriculum implementation, staff development, student achievement, and campus culture in alignment with Manor ISD's mission and goals.
Primary Purpose:
Assist the campus principal in overall administration of instructional program and campus level operations. Coordinate assigned scholar activities and services.
