Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics Education or closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Five (5) years of successful classroom teaching experience in Mathematics.
• Two (2) years in instructional coaching, teacher leadership, or curriculum role.
• Experience with MTSS and evidence-based literacy intervention programs.
• Experience designing and delivering professional learning for adults.
• Experience with assessment administration, analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the district's primary subject-matter expert in Mathematics for the district-wide curriculum and instruction.
• Lead development, implementation, review, and evaluation of content-area curriculum and instruction.
• Lead HQIM material selection, evaluation, and alignment with standards and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain a district-wide resource Blueprint and pacing guides.
• Monitor compliance with standards and provide instructional leadership.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate district-wide professional development for teachers and coaches.
• Co‑design coaching cycle PD content with school-based instructional coaches.
