The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, a Georgia teaching certification, and several years of relevant experience, with a focus on literacy instruction and district-wide program improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field.
• Specialist degree in Curriculum & Instructions preferred.
• Valid Georgia Teacher certification or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of curriculum and instruction for elementary ELA and literacy.
• Guide community communication about curriculum and instructional programs.
• Support teachers and coaches with interventions to improve student achievement.
• Collaborate with district staff to plan professional learning and alignment across grade levels.
• Observe classrooms, model lessons, and provide actionable feedback to staff.
• Coordinate with administrators to ensure MTSS and assessment practices meet district goals.
