Qualifications

• 10 years of expertise in thermal engineering principles and applications.
• Demonstrated experience in electronics design with focus on thermal analysis and optimization.
• Experience proposing, winning, and delivering government research contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead thermal designs by owning requirements derivation and architecture.
• Mentor less experienced thermal engineers and present findings to customers.
• Research and design advanced electronics thermal management solutions.
• Provide oral and written presentations to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
